It's Release Day!

Good morning and welcome to release day! I am excited to share another set of embroidered egg ornaments with you, but first we have some very important business to attend to - we have winners to announce!

We have one randomly selected winner from each day of introductions.

The release will go live today at Noon ET, but I thought we could all use one last bit of inspiration before the launch.

I really love how many ways there are to use the Embroidered Egg Details III Die, so I wanted to make a set of ornaments to hang with our other new eggs. I went with the New Day Color Story for these.

I love that the diamond shape in the center of the embroidery frame can be filled with just about anything (the medallions from the die, monograms, die cut flowers, and more)! I used the Accessory Alphabet to add the monogram to this ornament. A few beads and sequins add just a touch of interest.

The band includes this little trio of flowers that are just so sweet. I completed them with lazy daisy stitches (I used six strands of thread) and finished off the centers with beads. I also embellished the scallops with beads for another charming detail.

My third egg features the woven rose design. I freehanded a couple of leaves to finish off the design. I also embellished the center with a trio of beads. Then I beaded little flower buds along the vine pattern and added sequins at each of the diamond points.

I have plans to give away the monogrammed egg, but the others will look great hanging on our Spring tree!
